Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 4 nos Onion Finely chopped
- 4 nos Green chilly Finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 gram Coriander Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- In a bowl add Rice Flour, Finely chopped onions, Green Chillies, Cumin seeds, Freshly chopped coriander, Grated Coconut and salt.
- Add water and combine all the ingredients to a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts
- On a tawa spread the dough as thin as possible in a round shape
- Make a few holes in the akki rotti.
- Pour Oil over the rotti
- Place it on the stove and cook covered till it becomes reddish brown
- Flip over and cook the other side also covered.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Prepare the rest of the rottis in the same manner.
- Serve hot with curds and pickle.
