Ingredients
- 100 gram Self rising flour Maida
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Butter or Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 nos Banana Ripe
- 1 cup Milk
- Sieve together self raising power (maida), Baking powder (soda) and salt, keep aside.
- In a Glass bowl add butter or oil , eggs and sugar.
- Mix it using an egg whisk or hand blender.
- In a mixer add milk and banana and blend well.
- Add the remaining flour mixer and mix again.
- Butter a microwave dish and Pour the contents to the bowl.
- Cook in microwave for 5 minutes and switch off the microwave.
- Let the cake sit in microwave for 1 more minute and remove from micro.
- Invert the cake onto a plate.
- Banana cake is ready to serve
