Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add potatoes and fry till a little brown.
  3. Add methi leaves and salt.
  4. Add Green chillies
  5. Mix well and cook on low flame.
  6. Stir the sabji till the water evaporates.
  7. Adjust salt to taste.
  8. Remove from flame.
  9. Aloo Methi Is ready to serve
