Banana Milk Shake

Banana Milk Shake is a healthy drink made with bananas, almonds, cashew nuts and milk as main ingredients. My children used to like this very much when they were kids and I used to make it almost every day to inculcate the habit of drinking milk. They enjoyed it even after they grew up as it a very yummy and filling drink and can sustain you even without breakfast.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a blender add almonds, cashew nuts, honey and blend for a minute.
  2. Add milk and blend well.
  3. Add ice cubes to the Cocktail glass(Optional)
  4. Pour the blended milk shake on top of the ice.
  5. Top it with any chocolate flavored malt based health drink powder.
  6. Serve immediately.
