
- Cut the bread slices into small pieces.
- Heat a frying pan.
- Add ghee and heat
- Fry the bread till golden brown and keep aside.
- Grind the almonds, Cashew nuts and cardamoms to a smooth paste.
- Boil the milk in a vessel.
- Add sugar and mix well and continue to boil.
- Add the bread pieces and the left over ghee and mix well.
- Cook till the bread pieces are cooked and soft.
- Add the ground paste and cook till all the moisture is absorbed.
- Remove from flame.
- Garnish with almonds and cashew nuts.
- Serve Hot or cold
