  1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces.
  2. Heat a frying pan.
  3. Add ghee and heat
  4. Fry the bread till golden brown and keep aside.
  5. Grind the almonds, Cashew nuts and cardamoms to a smooth paste.
  6. Boil the milk in a vessel.
  7. Add sugar and mix well and continue to boil.
  8. Add the bread pieces and the left over ghee and mix well.
  9. Cook till the bread pieces are cooked and soft.
  10. Add the ground paste and cook till all the moisture is absorbed.
  11. Remove from flame.
  12. Garnish with almonds and cashew nuts.
  13. Serve Hot or cold
