Bread Rolls are a great Tea time snack.

  1. Boil Potatoes with salt till cooked, remove from the fire and peel them when it is slightly hot.
  2. Mash the potatoes and keep aside.
  3. In a pan heat oil, add Ginger Garlic paste and saute on low flame.
  4. Add Red Chilly Powder, Pepper Powder, Chat Masala, Garam Masala and saute for some more time.
  5. Add salt and mashed potatoes and mix well.
  6. Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
  7. Remove the crust from all the bread slices.
  8. Take milk in a plate and dip the bread slices in milk lightly on both sides.
  9. Squeeze out the extra milk placing it on your palm
  10. Take a small portion of the potato mixture place in the centre of the bread slice.
  11. Cover it on all sides without the filling popping out and seal it the shape of a cylindrical roll.
  12. Repeat this with all the bread slices and keep aside.
  13. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry all the rolls till they are brown.
  14. Transfer to a serving dish lined with a kitchen towel.
