
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chilly Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Jaggery Powdered
- 1 cup Curd Whisked
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- 2 Red Chilly
- 10 Curry Leaves
- In a pan add Pineapple, Water and salt.
- Add Turmeric powder, Chilly Powder, Jaggery and cook on slow fire.
- Meanwhile grind Coconut, Cumin Seeds and 1 spoon Mustard, adding water to a paste and keep side.
- Once the Pineapple has cooked and becomes soft,
- Add the ground coconut paste and cook further.
- After the raw smell of coconut is gone. Add the whisked curd and mix well.
- Remove from flame .
- In another pan heat oil. Add Mustard Seeds and splutter.
- Add red chilly and curry leaves.
- Remove from flame and pour over the pineapple pachadi.
- Pineapple Pachadi is ready to serve.
