Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pan add Pineapple, Water and salt.
  2. Add Turmeric powder, Chilly Powder, Jaggery and cook on slow fire.
  3. Meanwhile grind Coconut, Cumin Seeds and 1 spoon Mustard, adding water to a paste and keep side.
  4. Once the Pineapple has cooked and becomes soft,
  5. Add the ground coconut paste and cook further.
  6. After the raw smell of coconut is gone. Add the whisked curd and mix well.
  7. Remove from flame .
  8. In another pan heat oil. Add Mustard Seeds and splutter.
  9. Add red chilly and curry leaves.
  10. Remove from flame and pour over the pineapple pachadi.
  11. Pineapple Pachadi is ready to serve.
